Shipping
We offer free US shipping through USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail.
Packages should be received within 1-3 days following shipment. When the package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to view the package status.
Please contact us if you wish an alternative form of shipment. Please be aware we will not be able to offer free shipping if this is the case.
At this time, we will only ship to locations in the USA. We expect to offer international shipping in a few months time. If you wish for notifications regarding international shipping, please subscribe to [subscription].
Returns and Refunds
For USA orders, we offer free return shipping.
All shipped packages should include a return printout that can be used to return packages to us through USPS (United States Postal Service). If you require another return postage, please email us with your receipt by replying to your original order email.
Items must be sent within 60 days of its delivery date in order for the customer to receive a refund. For items sent after the 60 days, sending customers will receive store credit only. Store credit does not expire.
Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and unwashed, and include all original tags. We will inspect all returned items to ensure they meet these criteria and are in resale condition. Items not meeting the criteria will be returned to the customer.
Please also notify us of the order # from which the returned item was purchased.
Price Adjustments and Sales
At the moment, we do not anticipate any sales of our stock. As a result, there should not be any need for price adjustments.
Sizing and Measurements
Each product purchase page will include measurements for sizes of the product. In addition, they should link to a set of measurement guides for the product so that you may see how the measurements are done.
We believe that the way to achieve the best fit involves actually ordering and trying on sizes while using our free return shipping option within 60 days so that there is no cost incurred to you.
Another alternative method is to measure your existing clothing and to compare those measurements with ours to determine your best fit.

We operate our business in New York state, so orders sent within state will be taxed when appropriate.
If you are logged in with a New York state shipping address, you will see that item prices on the site will be shown
inclusive of tax to better represent your total upon checkout.
During checkout, taxes will be recalculated based on the final shipping address.
